The Department of the State Security Service, DSS, has been accused of barring officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, from entering their office in Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to a source who did not want to be identified, the DSS blocked the entire building and stationed an armoured tank in front of it. “They even stationed an armoured tank just to scare us away,” the source was quoted as saying.

According to reports, both agencies have been at odds over the ownership of the building.
At the time of writing, all EFCC officials at the office on Awolowo Road in Ikoyi were barred from entering the building by SSS officials.
