President Buhari leaves for AU Summit in Niger Republic.

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday, July 6, departed Nigeria for Niamey, the capital of Niger Republic to attend the African Union (AU) summit holding in the country. His trip was announced through an FG owned Social Media handle, that the Nigerian Leader left his country early, ahead of the summit slated for July 7th (tomorrow).


It was gathered that, the Nigeria President will participate in the 12th extraordinary session of the Assembly of the Union on African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) as well as the first mid-year coordination meeting of the AU and the Regional Economic Communities (RECs) in Niamey.
