NASS: Senate in closed-door session after swearing in Okorocha

The 9th Senate has gone into a closed-door session to address some salient ‘housekeeping’ issues on Thursday in Abuja.
The session comes shortly after the former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha was sworn in as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Imo West Federal Constituency.
Announcement of the closed-door session was made at the resumption of plenary by Senate President Ahmad Lawan after a motion to that effect had been moved by Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege.
