Kano: Ganduje’s aide quits APC, joins PDP

The Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on Urban Beautification Hashim Suleiman Dungurawa has resigned his appointment with the state government.
” I have written to formally inform you of my resignation from the Office of the SSA on beautification voluntarily,” Dangurawa said in a letter on Thursday.
“I thank you for the opportunity you gave me to served under your office as SSA,” he added.
Mr Dungurawa would later tell journalists he was defecting to the camp of Rabiu Kwankwaso, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader in Kano.
Before the poll was declared inconclusive, Abba Kabiru Yusuf of the PDP is leading with a margin of over 26,000.
PDP has 1,014,474 votes against the incumbent Governor who scored 987,918.
